Every family and every pet is different, so we offer three gentle options to support you in the way that feels right.
Gentle Goodbye
A calm and peaceful goodbye at home, with time to say farewell in your own way.
Includes:
• A home visit personally carried out by experienced vet Lizzie
• Gentle sedation to help your pet settle peacefully
• Final injection once your pet is deeply asleep
• Time afterwards with no rush
• Support and guidance throughout

Choose this option if you've decided on home burial or would rather arrange and take your pet to the crematorium yourself.
Gentle Goodbye with Aftercare
A peaceful goodbye at home, with respectful transfer to our trusted crematorium partner, Woodlands Cottage.
Includes:
• Everything in Gentle Goodbye
• Gentle handling and transport after your goodbye
• Arrangement of cremation on your behalf
• Support choosing individual or communal cremation
• Ashes returned depending on your chosen aftercare

Please note our price does not include the cremation, this is payable directly to the crematorium.

Keepsakes
Paw prints, nose prints and fur clippings can be offered if you would like them. There is no pressure to decide straight away — we’ll gently talk you through what is possible on the day.

Travel
Our prices include travel within 15 miles of WA1.
For families a little further away, we may still be able to help, with a small additional travel charge:

Compassionate Home Visit
Your pet is cared for in their familiar surroundings, free from the stress of travel or a clinic.
Time and Space
We allow time for you to say goodbye in your own way, without the pressure of a rushed appointment.
Gentle, Painless Process
The procedure is peaceful and respectful, ensuring comfort for your pet at every step.
Paw prints, fur clippings, and other mementos can be arranged on request.
Aftercare Guidance
We know how important it is to honour your pet in a way that feels right for you, that's why we offer paw prints and fur clipping keepsakes at no extra charge.
Our service fee does not cover cremation, however we work closely with Woodlands Cottage Crematorium and we're happy to help guide you through the options available to you.
Flexible Availability
We understand this can be an unpredictable and emotional time. That’s why we offer appointments between 8am and 8pm, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays — with no extra charge.
No Cancellation Fees
We know how hard this time is and we want you to be sure the time is right for you and your pet- that's why we don't believe in charging cancellation fees.
