What Our Service Includes
Compassionate Home Visit
Your pet is cared for in their familiar surroundings, free from the stress of travel or a clinic.
Time and Space
We allow unhurried time for you to say goodbye in your own way, without the pressure of a rushed appointment.
Gentle, Painless Process
The procedure is peaceful and respectful, ensuring comfort for your pet at every step. Keepsakes
Paw prints, fur clippings, and other mementos can be arranged on request.
Aftercare Guidance
We know how important it is to honour your pet in a way that feels right for you. Our service fee covers the home visit and euthanasia only, but we’re here to guide you through the next steps if you would like support with aftercare.
We work closely with Woodlands Cottage Crematorium, who can collect your pet directly from your home and return their ashes to you if you wish. This ensures everything is handled with dignity and respect.
If you prefer, we can also arrange personal keepsakes such as paw prints or fur clippings, giving you something special to treasure.
Whether you choose cremation, home burial, or keepsakes, we’ll support you in making the decision that feels right for your family.
Flexible Availability
We understand this can be an unpredictable and emotional time. That’s why we offer appointments between 8am and 8pm, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays — with no extra charge. Our aim is always to be as flexible as possible around your needs.
